Eastern Oregon Trade & Event Center
The Eastern Oregon Trade and Event Center is home to the new Hermiston Fairgrounds & Rodeo. The first phase of this expansive project is the event center building, which will host private events, trade shows, and coming soon, the Hermiston Fair & Rodeo.
Thrivent Financial Center
Thrivent Financial chose G2 Construction for this custom project that features a sleek, modern design with state-of-the-art technology throughout. The building offers several office spaces, an open lobby, conference rooms, and an expansive meeting facility for rental use through Sageland Center.
Educational Services District Building 123
Phase II expansion of the existing ESD 123 building in Pasco required demolition of the exterior wall for both the first and second floors and removal of existing landscaping. Completely modernized throughout, the new additional provided ESD employees and students with much needed space all throughout.
Excalibur Auto Showroom
The new Excalibur Auto Showroom is a perfect example of what a growing business needs when a small space is outgrown. G2 was pleased to be the chosen GC for the expansion of this popular auto dealer’s facility.
Benton County Fairgrounds
The popular Benton County Fairgrounds received a much-needed upgrade to two of its popular barn buildings, which host indoor arts and crafts. Buildings 2 and 3 will be modernized with proper HVAC and electrical systems, overhead doors, floor refinishing, and many other upgrades to the existing layout. In addition, G2 will construct a pavilion between the two buildings to provide additional shade for fairgoers during the hot summer months.
G2 returned to the Eastern Oregon Trade and Event Center, this time for the supply and erection of the EOTEC barns: Beef, Swine, and Large Animal, all three from Butler Manufacturing. The expansive structures are part of the phased project for the Umatilla Co. Fairgrounds, which will be a completely new facility incorporated with the existing EOTEC event center, which G2 completed in 2016. One of the greatest challenges to this project was the extremely tight timeframe from delivery to completion to be ready and operational for the 2017 Fair Season. We met and exceeded this challenge; a testament to our G2 crew and the ease and speed of the Butler building line.
Renovation and expansion of the existing 1-story Burbank Library. Current 3,639 sq/ft will be expanded by 2,036 sq/ft to comprise 5,676 total sq/ft. The project provides a new HVAC system and plumbing and electrical renovations throughout. The library will be overhauled with a new, modern look and ample room for more people both inside and out.
Grimmway Farms Phase II
Construction of the new Butler-built Phase II Carrot Processing Facility for Grimmway Farms was completed in May 2016. Phase II nearly doubles the Phase I building size, which was also completed by G2 Construction in 2013.
Complete interior and exterior remodel of the Goodwill Richland Retail Store location, off Wellsian Way. This remodel gives the store a more updated and modern look, better functionality, and more storage for both retail and business areas.
Benton County Courthouse
This expansive and historical remodel was quite the undertaking...a challenge G2 is proud to showcase! With extensive renovations on the interior and exterior of the building, the Benton County Courthouse has been both improved and preserved for the future.
Dentistry For Kids
Dentistry for Kids is a new 10,000 sf dental facility. It is unique in that it has a basement, crawlspace, and slab on grade portions of the building to accommodate different dental equipment needs.
Tri-City Orthodontics is a new 2,300 sf dental office with an x-ray room, break room, closed exam, sterilization lab, 2 offices and 6 dental exam chairs in the open exam area. The entire space is modern, fresh, and inviting.
Queensgate Retail Center
Conventional construction of a new 5,000 SF Retail Building with 3 individual suites. Conventional methods and materials used included wood framing with stucco and brick veneer.
The new clinic consists of exam rooms, doctor’s offices, eight assistant stations, a large infusion room, lab, clinical research area, reception area, offices, conference room, and break room.
Complete interior build out for a new dental office, taking the space from an empty shell to a full working dental office with 3 exam rooms, sterilization lab, X-ray room, private office and reception area.
Columbia Basin College
G2 remodeled the upstairs floor of the HUB Building, which included an interior remodel of the CBC Bookstore along with the installation of new skylights, an upper stair railing, and common area remodel.
Bonneville Power Administration
G2 has undertaken the building of 4 new pre-manufactured Butler Steel Buildings for the Bonneville Power Administration's Maintenance Facilities.
G2 Construction Offices
G2 built this "showcase" 8,421 SF building to include 3 separate office spaces that include its new headquarters, a financial management firm, and a family chiropractor.
KGH Birthing Center
Remodel of existing 8,351 SF Family Birthing Center which included all of the birthing rooms, common areas, nurses station, and reception area; G2 also built a brand new 5,375 SF state-of-the-art nursery.
Remodel of an old 18,500 SF theater; additions to the building include an entry vestibule, break room, bathrooms, employment services, covered donation drive thru, and covered three bay loading dock.
Benton County Animal Control
Construction of a new 3,200 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building that houses individual dog kennels, a medical exam room, a private office, and reception administration area.
WWCC Wind Energy Expansion
The expansion at Walla Walla Community College will provide a better, more expansive space to carry out training for students seeking to become wind turbine technicians.
Port of Benton
Building improvements for the new Port of Benton administrative offices included a 10,000 square foot remodel to the existing building and a 1,000 square foot addition to the lobby.
Con-Way Freight, Inc.
We built a 40-door shipping terminal, approximately 17,500 square feet in size, on 10 acres in the Columbia East Business Park. The facility was completed in six months from breaking ground.
Ben Franklin Transit
This project included and addition the existing Maintenance Building, a remodel of the existing Administrative Offices, and new construction of a 10,000 SF CMU and Steel Administration Building.
Brutzman's Office Solutions
This was a design build project that G2 facilitated to be within the required budget, utilizing many cost saving features to ensure our client got the facility they envisioned within budget and on time.
For Grimmway Farms' carrot processing operations, we built two brand new Butler Manufactured buildings: a 7,500 SF Soaker Shed, and a 28,000 SF Pre-Cut Building.
Lucas Marc Academy
The school has a 3,500 SF central training station area, five classrooms consisting of about 600 SF each, plus administrative offices. The new academy opened in January of 2011 and has proved to be a phenomenal learning facility for the many students who have attended.
