G2 Construction built a very needed shop space in 2016, which doubles as our maintenance facility for our tools, equipment, and laydown yard. G2 Construction occupies 1/3 of the building space with the remaining area tenant leased. This Butler building features interior build-out of restrooms, office, and our tenant business.
