This was an interesting remodel, turning a 15,000 sq/ft old theater in Hermiston into a new Goodwill retail store. Additions to the building include 3,500 sq/ft for an entry vestibule, break room, bathrooms, employment services, covered donation drive thru, and covered three bay loading dock. Key feature was the removal of main bearing walls and bringing sloped floors to grade to create large open sales and production floors.
