Construction of new 17,500 sq/ft industrial facility located in Pasco, WA. The building will be used to expand the company’s logistic services. It is a 40-door terminal, approximately 17,500 sq/ft in size, on 10 acres in the Columbia East Business Park. It has a 14,000 sq/ft cross-dock facility and 3,500 sq/ft of office space. The facility was completed in six months from breaking ground.
