With their continued success as a masonry contractor came growth and PMI outgrew their small office, storage, and laydown area and expanded in style to more than 4 times their previous space! G2 was proud to partner with Padilla Masonry, Inc. in developing this expansion and contributing to their growing success. Completed in the Fall of 2019 this new Butler building is 14,000 sq. ft. and features ample room for offices, a conference room, a break room, restrooms, a shop area and lots of storage. With two floors, this building has a beautiful open concept! Upstairs houses private offices overlooking the first floor. Tenant lease space is available at this location.
